Thank you for choosing us as your holiday destination. We would like to inform you that our facilities & services are addressed exclusively to guests who reside in it. On the following article, you will find – in alphabetical order – information about our lodging and services, which will help you to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

DEPARTURE: Please check out of your room on the day of your departure the latest by 11:00.

REPAIRS & DAMAGES : If repairs are necessary in your room, please contact the front desk. We will do our best to fix all problems within the same day. We thank you for your understanding that due to technician scheduling there might be a delay in the repair. If damage is caused in the room by accident or by guest’s incorrect use, replacement cost must be paid immediately. Pay attention: Lost of lodging keys cause change of ALL locks and cost might be more than 150,0 euro (based on available price lists). Please use all property belongings with care…

CURRENT: The current is 220 VOLT. Please insert your key card into the energy saving plug for electricity in the room.

SEWAGE SYSTEM: We kindly ask you not to throw toilet paper or other items down in the toilet, please throw it in the bin provided in toilet. Save water, save the planet…

AIR CONDITIONING – HEATING: All rooms have an individual Air Conditioning and Heating system. Please make sure that your balcony doors are closed properly, otherwise the device will not work properly and might get damaged.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: There is a safety deposit box in your room’s closet. The use of the safety deposit box in your room is free of charge.

TOWELS – ROOM LINENS:  The use of white towels and clothing outside the room is not allowed. Any damage or loss is charged to the customer. Clothing change is done every 3 days. Tips would be gratefully accepted if service is according to your demands.

INTERNET Internet access is available everywhere in ACQUA MARINA via WIFI. You can find the password to connect to our network at the bedside table – this service is free of charge.

PETS: Although we love animals, it is not allowed to keep pets of any size in the rooms.

WATER: We advise you to drink only bottled water.

DO NOT DISTURB: If you do not wish to be disturbed by anybody in your room, please leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside of your room on the door knob. Please do not disturb other guests with music, loud talking or else.

GO GREEN: Can you imagine how many towels are unnecessarily washed every day and the great amount of washing powder needed which thereby pollutes our water? Please decide: Towels hung on the towel rail means: “I’LL USE IT AGAIN – FOR THE SAKE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT”. Please notice that it is not allowed to use these towels outside of your room. The guest is charged with any damage or loss.

CREDIT CARDS: At the front desk, we accept Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER) to pay your account except cash.

FIRST AID: In case of an emergency please contact the front desk or call:+30 694 55 33 693, POLICE +3022970 22100

PARKING: Please park your car on the public areas outside of the hotel. Keep your car always locked and do not leave any valuable things in it.

TAXI: You can order a taxi through the front desk. Please confirm the driver about the price before you enter the cab. We can assist you with our partner TAXI – Stelios tel +30 6980652635 can be reached with What’s Up & Viber also – Flat rate offer one way from/to Aegina for our guests 15,00 euros.

TELEVISION: Every room is equipped with a TV. Please set the volume on a level that does not disturb anybody near your room.

LOST & FOUND If you have lost something, please contact the front desk. Please use the safety box provided. The management takes no responsibility for missing valuables from the rooms or its public areas.

TIME OF REST: Please try to be quiet & do not disturb especially during the general resting times between 15:00 and 18:00 and between 24:00 and 07:00 o’clock.

GENERAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Please note:

– For the safety of all guests, is is not allowed in our rooms (as a provision of the Fire Department) to USE whatever produces flame (such as candles, gas canisters etc.) or has a hot surface (such as peephole coffee or associated electrical apparatus. In case that such a device or object is found in our rooms, it will be directly removed from the room and will be kept at the reception until departure. Guests have to cover any damage cost at room equipment and carpets, if any.

– All taxes included in prices (unless otherwise specified). Local Accommodation Tax is not included and has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
– Prices do not include breakfast. We do not serve breakfast or any other meal, in general.

– Private parking is not available (as in most hotels in Aegina). You can park in a public area close to our rooms.

  • Maximum number of guests: as indicated in the description of rooms. We accommodate children older than 12 years old, who count as an adult with extra charge (at a Triple room).

Booking Policy

  • If you proceed booking a room, your reservation status is PENDING & should be CONFIRMED with a deposit until 11.00 next morning. Otherwise room rates offered by internet or telephone subject to availability and can be changed anytime.

The deposit is equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay and cannot be less than the cost of the first night.

For high season from 1/7 – 31/8 & bank holidays the deposit is equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay and cannot be less than the cost of two first nights.

• PRE-PAID BOOKING: When a booking is prepaid, full pre-payment is required in our bank account. Prepaid reservations are not refundable and they are not transferable to another date.

All deposits are subject to the conditions described below in the “Cancellation policy”.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

All reservations are confirmed and established after payment of the required deposit. The amount of the deposit has to be paid until the following day at 11.00 or whenever agreed in particular. Deposit payment can be made:

-by BANK through our bank account. Please ask for our bank accounts.
-by CREDIT CARD. You provide us card details (NUMBER, EXP.DATE, NAME & CVV) and we charge your deposit. Please notice that all reservations will automatically be cancelled if any credit card authorization is denied.

PAYMENT of the REMAINING balance

All guests have to fill the Check In form prior to arrival. While Check In ID or passport of each guest, has to be presented at the reception. A major credit card or ID/Passport will be kept until full payment. Full balance payment is required the day of arrival, with cash or credit card – when room is fully paid all documents will be returned to guest.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is NOT refunded in any case. The guest accepts the responsibility to pay  of deposit as penalty in case of cancelling or no-show.

Changes can be made subject to availability at the time of change, if hotelier can offer this option – changes concern only the same summer period.

In case the change concerns a reduction of nights ie. If the visitor change the date of arrival or departure and stay less nights than the agreed duration based on reservation, then it is required (the guest) to pay PENALTY the 50 % of the cost of the remaining days of the period originally agreed.

In case of increase of nights, this is subject to availability and applicable (the time change) price per night.

TRANSFERRING the reservation period for the same number of nights in another time period is possible upon availability. Any remaining balance between deposit payment & final cost is not refundable.

Furthermore:
Any change made at confirmed reservation enables the hotelier to make changes from his part also such as:

– the rate per night (which can be configured according to the applicable at the time of change, updated rates) and dates of arrival &/or departure, even those considered guaranteed based on the pre-existing reservation.

If CHANGES requested BY THE CUSTOMER at a reservation after booking, subject to availability and must be in the same year summer period.

  • No show on the day of arrival: 100% of total accommodation cost.
    Any change to an existing reservation, has management costs 15,00 €.

BOOKINGS DURING HIGH SEASON ( 10/07-31/08 )

  • TRANSFERRING the reservation period for the same number of nights in another time period is not possible
  • No show on the day of arrival: 100% of total accommodation cost

CANCELLATION POLICY for PREPAID RESERVATION: 

Prepaid reservations are NOT refundable and are NOT transferable to another date.

Cleaning Policy

Cleaning starts at 10.30′ daily. If you do not wish the maid to enter your room please hang the indication on the outside door knob. Please notice that as long as the indication “DO NOT ENTER” is at your door your room will not be cleaned.

Every day we offer BASIC or DETAILED cleaning in our rooms. You decide which type you prefer upon arrival and check the special box at check in form.

Linens (sheets & towels) change every three days (after three nights sleep).

Extras (locally charged)

-BEACH TOWELS / daily rental.

-BEACH LOUNCHERS &/or UMPRELLAS / daily rental.

-LINEN CHANGE: extra change of towels or any linen anytime during your stay.

-ROOM or BED DECORATION (birthday, honeymoon, anniversary, new pregnancy)

-LUXURY AMENITIES, BODY LOTION etc.

-CHAMPAGNE, WINE, FLOWERS & SPECIAL TREATMENTS
